Here in the US it’s a rule that when you want to start a business that you have ample money so we suggest that you do a five-year business plan on which you plan ahead for your business like getting all the information you need upfront to start your business. On that plan in which you would chart your business over a five-year time period you would list on that budget things like rent, electric, telephone, water, office supplies, personal supplies, insurances, cost of improvement to building, cost of the products you intend to buy, cost of the people you intend to hire, your salary, advertising, interest, transportation, and determine which credit cards you will use, and list all the costs involved in your business. Then you learn everything you can with regard to exporting (tarriffs, taxes, etc….some of this info is on the internet). If on paper you won’t make a profit or even come out even every year with regard to how many items you would be able to sell during each of those years versus all of the above expenses and more, then I suggest you work for someone else instead of opening your own business. You cannot start a business on a limited budget. Instead start a “service” type business in which you don’t need warehousing or production and employees until you can earn enough money to start your product business. Word of mouth is the best way to advertise. Usually people start working for relatives to get their good references.
